However, patients can still use their insurance for prescriptions, lab work, imaging, and specialist visits. Services include annual wellness exams, sick visits, chronic disease management, preventative care, telehealth, and in-home visits. Vivant also offers comprehensive hormone evaluation and optimization for both men and women, as well as personalized weight loss and weight management programs designed to support fat loss while maintaining muscle mass and bone density. Care is tailored to each patient’s specific health goals and needs.
Vivant Medical Concierge provides mobile primary care throughout Tampa, including South Tampa, Hyde Park, Davis Islands, and surrounding areas. We come directly to your home, office, or preferred location, and also offer telehealth when appropriate.
Yes. While ongoing primary care is offered through membership plans only, Vivant also provides individual one-time visits without a membership. Many patients choose to transition into a membership for better continuity of care and long-term value.
