Concierge medicine is a personalized healthcare model that gives you direct access to your physician. Instead of rushed office visits and long wait times, you’ll receive unhurried, private care in the comfort of your home, office, or preferred setting.
Vivant Medical Concierge was founded by Dr. Gretchen San Miguel with the mission of closing the significant gaps that exist in modern healthcare. Her primary goal is to deliver exceptional, personalized medical care that is readily accessible—where and when patients need it most. By establishing Vivant, Dr. San Miguel has intentionally limited her patient panel to 300 patients, allowing her the time to create a true medical home for her patients where individuals feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their healthcare journey. Practicing medicine the way it should be.
Vivant operates on a membership basis. While we don’t bill insurance for our services, you can still use your insurance for prescriptions, labs, imaging, and specialist visits. Many patients find this model more transparent and cost-effective.
We come to you -at your home office, or even while you're traveling locally. Our custom built mobile medical unit is fully equipped to provide care for you. Our goal is to make healthcare convenient, discreet, and accessible wherever you need it.
Yes, although all Primary Care is through membership only plans, we do offer a variety of a la carte services without a membership. However, most patients find the membership models offer the best value and continuity of care.
